Mulled Wine Martini Recipe – start December as you mean to go on! 0

It’s December tomorrow! We’re warming up with a Mulled Wine Martini and now you can too. If you can’t get to The May Fair Bar this weekend, try this delicious twist on a classic at home.

Mulled Wine Martini

Measure out:

75ml Spice infused Drambuie 15yrs

10ml Mandarin Napolean

Juice of 1/2 a lemon

10ml sugar syrup

Cube of fresh honeycomb

Make it:

– Put all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with some ice

– Give it a good shake

– Strain into a martini glass rimmed with a crushed ginger snap biscuit

– Ta-dah!

If it’s far too cold and you need a proper winter warmer, heat the ingredients gently and serve hot in a brandy balloon.
